Teneriffe Falls - Hiking
I enjoyed this trail! The trailhead has a huge parking lot, and the trail starts off relatively easy, which is a great warm up. Some parts of the trail are fairly wide, but those areas are limited to the lower half, which is also packed dirt. The upper half of the trail is made up of loose rock and dirt, and large unstable rock as well. It’s not difficult to cross, but you definitely have to pay attention to your feet if you choose to hike here. It’s also easy to lose the way if you aren’t looking ahead, so be wary of switchbacks when you get to the rocky section!
Not much room at the falls, as that area is not maintained, but the falls are a good view when they are flowing heavy!
