Twin Falls - GWHWA
April’s official hike for GWHWA was at Twin Falls State Park. It was a wet, rainy day, so we lucked out with a short hike! I brought my dog along for this one, and he was MUDDY AF when we got back to the trailhead. This is a great trail for beginners, children, or people who just want to get outside. Even though there’s only 500 feet of elevation gain, there are some steep sections, and the best views of the falls are down a STEEP set of wooden stairs that are quite the glute and leg burner to come back up. Be warned!
Distance: 2.6 miles, roundtrip
Elevation: 500ft gain, 1,000ft highest
