Dirty Harry's Balcony - Hiking
My friend (and fellow Washington ambassador for GWHWA) and I decided to get out to the mountains without wanting to deal with the stress of organizing a group of potential strangers and herding them through the woods. Don’t get me wrong, it’s AWESOME to hike with people, but sometimes it’s just nice to have a casual hike with friends. We decided to head up Dirty Harry’s Balcony (in March). You can also continue climbing upward to Dirty Harry’s Peak, which I hear is quite the tough hike, so that’s definitely something I’d like to get back to later on. Overall, it was a great trail although the viewpoints are repetitive, since they look out in the same direction at different elevations.
