Easy, Healthy Acai Bowl Recipe
Hi guys! I'm always getting comments on my instagram about how *fancy* my acai bowls look so I though I'd put together a video showing how quick and easy it is to make! I already posted one of my go-to recipes for acai bowls, which you can check out here, but for you visual learners - I finally have a video for you.
You can of course substitute fruits, veggies, and toppings to make it how you like, or even spruce up the smoothie part itself by throwing in some Greek yogurt, coconut water, etc., but this is my go-to recipe using ingredients I always have on hand at home.
- 1 packet Trader Joe's Unsweetened Acai Puree
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup frozen berries
-1/2 cup water
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup granola (I used Nature's Path Organic)
- 1-2 teaspoons honey
