Introducing: Workouts of the Week (WOW)

Each week, I will post a Workout of the Week (WOW), which I challenge readers to try to incorporate into their routine. It is not intended to be your workout each day of the week, but just a short workout that you can either add into your routine or replace one of your workouts during the week.

The workouts will vary from cardio, strength, dynamic movements, plyometric movements, etc. and I challenge you to complete the workout and let me know how it goes!
